iJAW
The iJAW allows the clamping force to be measured in real-time during machining. How is this possible? Well, RÖHM have designed the iJAW so that it integrates sensors for clamping force measurement and wireless data transmission in a clamping jaw. The iJAW thus increases machining reliability and reduces unscheduled machine downtime.
DURO-M
Variable machining of turned parts has never been easier. This is made possible by the DURO-M, the new manual scroll chuck with scalloped contour and optimized clamping force transmission.
Modular tool clamping system HSK-Flex
For the first time at IMTS 2022, RÖHM is presenting an HSK tool clamp in a modular design for spindles in milling machines and turning/milling centers. Above all, the modularity enables quick availability of variable tool clamps through the modular principle without additional engineering design costs.
F-Senso 2
The F-Senso 2 is a new modular system for measuring the clamping force of clamping devices. It is used in the workshop, production area or laboratory to check the clamping force before and after a maintenance or repair operation of the chuck or vise as well as to check the tool holder clamping forces.
5-axis vise RVM
Modern vise for 5-axis machining. Eccentric clamping, with one fixed and one movable jaw and quick jaw change. Open design for cleaning.
