Power chucks

Power chucks are chucks for cutting and/or grinding machining on machine tools or machining centers. In contrast to manual chucks, the clamping jaws are opened and closed automatically. A hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder is controlled by the machine and actuates the opening/closing mechanism of the lathe chucks.

Power chucks with through-hole

for automated series production of turned parts and machining bars; 2 or 3 jaws, 60°, 90° serration, tongue and groove

More

Power chucks without through-hole

for automated series production of flat turned parts such as washers, flanges, etc., 2 or 3 jaws, 60°, 90° serration, tongue and groove

More

Power chucks with quick jaw change system

for automated manufacturing with quickly-changing geometries; 3 jaws, tongue and groove

More

Air-operated self-contained chucks

3 jaws with integrated pneumatic cylinder especially for precision machining of long pipes. For machines without an integrated clamping cylinder for retrofitting conventional machines with manual chucks.

More

Draw-down chuck

3-jaw ball lock chucks with active draw-down for maximum plane-parallelism

Selected, individual solutions for special clamping for turning

KFD-N draw-down chuck

Power chucks with draw-down for minimizing axial run-out errors.

KKHFR combination chuck

Retractable clamping jaws and face driver for complete machining of workpieces such as, for example, crankshafts or cam shafts

HTF indexing chuck

Hydraulically-operated indexing chuck for workpieces with centric and eccentric center of rotation, such as crankshafts, housings or pistons.

KTF indexing chuck

Force-actuated clamping and indexing for workpieces with centric and eccentric center of rotation, such as crankshafts, housings or pistons.

KSFZ indexing chuck

Force-actuated indexing chuck for workpieces (e.g. forgings or castings) to compensate large diameter tolerances when clamping

HSFZ ring indexing chuck

Hydraulically-operated ring indexing chuck optimally suited for machining couplings
